Shaken, not stirred

Damn, they found my favorite way of disposing of the remina o my victims:

It involves freezing the coffin and body to -18C before lowering them into liquid nitrogen at -196C, which leaves them extremely brittle.

And then shaking them until they become powder, at which point you can sell the resulting powder at Whole Foods, under "Protein" for your plants.
No more enemies, and a beautiful garden. What else do you want?

What are they environmental costs of maintaining a bath of liquid nitrogen? (I'm assuming they re-use the stuff.)
