Tags
I have decided to start playing with the tags plugin, you know, only because Zeldman said it was uncool.
How long until I can effectively place meaningful tags in this thing?
To be completely consistant I would have to go through all posts. Or I could allow registered readers/users to tag entries as they see fit. We will see.
However, the most important consideration is not that of making a more complicated blog strcuture, but the real fact that implementing a multifaceted category system, well, sucks, and that al these categories have lost their meaning. Seriously, anyone knows what is a bloggoon?
With tags - or folksonomy of one - I cold simply start operating on whatever I want, adding metadata on the fly, and avoiding the dreadful procrastination-prone task of categorizing entries according to their flavor or personality.
