Mirages
Krugman goes to the point:
...the administration's actual record is one of indulgence toward regimes that are strongly implicated in terrorism, and of focusing on actual terrorist threats only when forced to by events.
Wanna bet that Osama is captured in time for the elections?

I'm on my way to pick-up Osama right now! I know where he is and I'm leading a pack of highly trained attack dogs to get him. -Yellow Dog

Yank Dog, I know you can do that. Only do hand him over to the UN, not to Bush.

Dammit, the idea of them getting Bin Laden in time for an election REALLY pisses me off. I'm so sick of these liars!

my operatives tell me Bin Laden's in Syria. Has anyone bothered to look there yet?

Heh. The Bushites probably have him stashed somewhere already, just waiting for a chance for the perfect pre-election photo-op.

As long as we are wishing, I want him to be captured by the French and handed over to the UN.
That will be refreshing!

I saw Osama having tea with Laura at the White House the other day ;) Ok, stupid comment aside... It wouldn't surprise me a little bit.

You know, the Bin Laden and the Bushes were business associates! So I wouldn't be surprised to see some picture of Bush and Bin Laden somewhere around.
Go ask Michael Moore, or better yet, check the Tom Paine, Houston Chronicle, WorldNetDaily, and CommonDreams, to cite the most prominent.
ACtually, I am surprised that there are no pictures of Bush and Bin Laden: $1 million to the first to come up with it.
