Redesign
This is the time for a redesign, as Liz and I talked about recently. And just about everybody that deals on design or blogs or content is always advising to write for an audience, to tell a story that gets to the readers.
So, with this in mind I present to you Mercurial version 0.1, not new and improved but seriously considering the place of a blog and the possibility of content it should have. What is it that I really have to place, to say, to indicate?
This is a work in progress.

I think your blog should be whatever you want it to be, and look the way you want it to look. It's an expression of *you*, after all! So make it what you want!

Hello Camilo! Happy 2004! Jeez, I wish us all kinds of prosperity and health in the new year. Of course we bloggers always have each other to lean on. Let's hope we have all kinds of great news this year. *hugs*
Re: resigning your blog
I will happily submit a lovely photo of myself and you can convert this blog into a shrine for me! Is that not a great idea? ;) You can thank me later sweetie. tee-hee

Personally, I think that form follows function, and a blog's design works best when it reinforces the blogger's brand -- or persona -- or personality -- or whatever it is that sets you apart from the the rest of us. As long as the typeface is readable and and everything works the way it's supposed to, hey, let it be who you are.

I tried hard to redesign perfectly at the first try. Scrapped the whole thing.
Right now I am trying to implement those beautiful effects from A List Apart, and well, if not, I can always resort to the dreadful image map.
check the incomplete Frankendesign.
