CoV

What has made a success of Silflay Hraka's Carnival of the Vanities is not that we give our posts extra-billing, but that it is a process done by humans.
And since it is already one year old, Happy Birthday, Carnival!

I must point out that Bigwig, the author of Silflay Hraka, is located in North Carolina!

Continuing my diatribe, countries like Cuba (55%, including the exiled population), Uruguay (90%), Argentina (90% European), Costa Rica (70%),and portions of Chile, Colombia, and in a minor scale Puerto Rico and Venezuela, might the term "Hispanic", be properly used. But countries like Bolivia, with almost a 90% of Quechuas, Aymaras & Guaranis, or take Paraguay, when most of the population preserve the Guarani language; can they use the Hispanic Label....I don't think so!!...
