Editors
Answering a post from Bea who is up to here with trolls and crackpots, one thing regarding this internet-blogging thing: You have become the editor of your own e-zine, you choose content, and you have to deal with the usual letters of protest.
Better, even, as that protest email won't fill any trashcan, won't degrade our environment, and you have always the power to press "delete", which feels goood.
And that is the beauty of free speech, free as in everybody: We all get to say to the others that we don't like them - and we all get to delete their inane drivel. Or not, but that is your choice.
And while blogging we get to learn about the culture, what can be said - or not - and what we said regardless of stupid political correctness.
Just so you know, I support Bea 110%.

Thanks for the input, Camilo. As long as things are inside my mailbox and even my blog comments, protests and critics are welcome because if we didn't differ from time to time, the world would be totally boring.
The main point in my post was that no one should use their own public space to make others look like idiots (that's our own job, ha ha). I guess I have this idea of keeping my image clean so strong based on what my parents taught me and how well educated I am, that it drives me nuts when some people are always looking for my flaws to get back at me.
And the hypocrisy to come and tell me that they like me and then they go trashing me over. It's not the critics, it's the way they are made sometimes. I know I'm not perfect, but I hate it when people want to appear as the pure hearts they are not by throwing dirty water on me.
Ok, no more of this rant... ha ha! ;-) Have a good day!
